Where do I even begin?!

Tara is naturally a compassionate beautiful soul. She has a calm healing presence about her as well as very welcoming. I truly appreciate the legitimate healing work that Tara does. It’s extremely accurate and on point to the intentions that you set for yourself before each session.

I have to tell you, I didn't know true healing in its purest form until I was blessed and fortunate enough to get a reading from Tara. “I see joy in everything now” is something I’ve always read in my self-help books and thought it was a destination, something to work towards. After working with Tara, I can honestly say that I, myself, am finally living this quote. I’ve been working with Tara for over 2 years now and I have come so far. After our first healing session I certainly felt layers of confusion and fear slide off me. It was only after this first session I learned to ask myself better questions about my self-discovery and personal growth. The clarity I gained and motivation to work on myself spiked and I remember thinking, why have I never asked myself these questions before? These questions lead me to where I am in life right now, and that’s my dream life. You see, Tara has helped me realize that I knew what I wanted, and I always knew who I am since I was a young girl. It was challenging for me to admit it and to come out with it though because of layers of limiting beliefs and fear of judgement. Not only was it challenging for me to admit it, but it was also that I didn’t realize they were even my answers! It was right in front of me the whole time and Tara helped me see it. Then, after some time of knowing who I am, I found another obstacle where it was difficult for me to ‘be’ me and to ‘do’ the things that I am a part of. I was very good at writing things down and planning, but the action part wasn’t happening. I was very aware of it, too. I told Tara this issue and again after working with her I found myself naturally doing the tasks and projects that I always wanted to do. Tara truly finds the root emotions and beliefs that are holding you back and I only wish I had a louder voice for all to hear me say, Tara can help you with anything and everything! Be careful – because therapists will tell you that your trauma and challenges are ‘things that are part of you forever and you can just learn to cope with them and manage them’. This is not true, and I am proof. Our old limiting emotions and beliefs are not part of our Truth and therefore could be removed. The biggest thing that Tara has helped me with is my sinuses and allergies. Last year (2021) I suddenly had chronic headaches all spring and all summer - even when I took an allergy pill. I went to my primary doctor about 7 times last summer and even went to the ER thinking there has got to be something wrong with my head because this pain is chronic and came out of nowhere. My doctors and ENT diagnosed me with a clean bill of health and told me it was just severe allergies and sinusitis. Today is May 10, 2022, peek allergy time, and I have no allergy meds in me, nor do I have ANY headaches. After healing and balancing my gut plus working with Tara, I am free of chronic pain. This taught me that emotions cause physical pain! Ugh thank goodness for Tara. Recently, Tara has healed confused emotions around my sister-in-law and myself. I always had a belief that she wasn’t fond of me. Tara saw that wasn’t the case and that there was just a slight social awkwardness between us. Tara healed that and later that day when I saw my sister-in-law, she gave me a big hug and said, ‘it was great seeing you today”. That same session she healed something for my 8-year-old dog who I always thought was depressed and used to treat with CBD oil. Here, she was mourning her puppies that she couldn’t keep. Tara told me that Stella may feel emotional today after releasing that grief. And she was right -- When I came home later my girl whimpered as I pulled into the driveway and ran out the door so fast to see me and jumped on me as she was crying asking for hugs and kisses. (She never did that before and she’s 8) Those are just a few of dozens and dozens of emotions Tara has healed for me. Since I’ve been walking in my own Truth, I also find that I like things that I always thought I didn’t like – like cooking! I’ve been cooking these fabulous meals for my family when before I would dread 5pm to roll around and then would quickly and reluctantly whip up an easy chicken cutlet meal with boxed mac and cheese.
